The plan is to close on the next home around 1 year of primary residency at this current one to stay within the terms of my conventional loan and continue scaling from there.When I am not at my 9-5 or poorly managing/working my home projects, I try to find time for bouldering and snowboarding.

Will a poor credit score prevent me from getting hard money?

I’m going to bet that’s not the average property value but rather the average price of properties that were sold.

@Ramin Kamal Hey Ramin - your best bet would be to chat with a lender to see if they have any loans that fit your need.

I am willing to bet that will end it there. 

If you love risk and the idea of being cash poor gambling on the fact you won't need the money you can spend it all. 

If they are not, and are just habitual poor paying dudes then it's the management company not screening the credit and background.
