I don't personally use the property calculators on BP as I have a more detailed analysis package purchased elsewhere.

If you were doing a refi with a commercial lender they might be able to package them into one loan and save you on some closing fees. 

The home inspector and the septic inspector will cost about $1300-$2k, depending on the packages I purchase. 

The only thing holding me back from committing to being an agent is 10 years of packaging industry knowledge and contacts.

You could absolutely ask to see their contract though which will show their pay package breakdown include stipends for housing. 

Latest on CapOne, after telling them to F-off, I get a branch official calling me today to tell me there was one more doc to sign, 6 weeks after starting this and 4 weeks after going to the branch and signing the doc package.

PSSS: Staff attorneys are not part of a PM package in my experience.

I’m sure the approved loan package with amounts and terms has a shelf life like most things.
