The LLC's or a web of them depending on the complexity of your holdings are primarily used to silo your assets and limit an inside attack to the specific property and away from your personal assets. n addition, it could limit an outside attack from getting to your LLC.

Family -  N/ASomeone shared that there is a way that I can make a short-term loan with someone to fix the home just enough to make it appear habitable to get an equity loan and use that money to repay the person/remodel, then use the equity loan as my mortgage.
