@Paul Winka if you want some generic info and charts to look at then check out this link. http://www.zillow.com/lakeland-fl/home-values/ Lakeland market is a very good market to flip in because the home price/reo/auctions have values with enough room to make consistent profits of around $25k-$40k per deal in the first time home buyers range.
