I have never done a DCRS loan and have little knowledge of how they work and in what situations they can be used. 

It’s such a great opportunity but I’m very new to this world and I want to make the most of the situation but I don’t want to take a lot of risk.

That association was useless in my situation since there isn't any enforcement/recourse --- honestly, to be expected. 

The property manager also never sent pictures of the unit or gave me a heads up on any of the expenses to turn the unit, so there is no possible confusion about obtaining consent.I’m interested to hear how others might handle this situation.
