SFR , 2 - 4 Multi Family, or 5 plus Multi Family.As you can see from the formula I just gave you your Purchase price of $70K is too high ($10K plus).  

Still just in exploratory / learning territory on these kinds of multi-units, would appreciate any advice.

Have not found a good multi family just yet.

Also, I want to make my vehicle finance payments through my company.

If you are looking for cash flow, I would recommend a smaller multi-family.
