However, because the online business model is so fantastic (it amazes me that someone would question why you would want to sell information online) it is ripe for swindlers, but I am sure you are savvy enough to know the risks.Of course I'm simplifying the process, I've been extremely motivated along the way, but in the process of learning what it takes to find a deal and bringing a deal to an investor there are tons of lessons and contacts that are made.Good Luck,Russell

There are a number of groups in our area, I recommend the New England REIA for a conventional REIA and invite you to attend our free Black Diamond networking group in Waltham, see url in my signature.It is harder when you don't have cash, you will find many gurus who tell you that you don't need money to get started, but regardless of what they say, at the very least it is more difficult.

Joseph M - I believe that most of my friends are finding their most lucrative deals through their vast network of agents, who themselves are quietly finding distressed owners/sellers and doing deals without ever listing the properties in the MLS.
