Since I am medically recovering and not working I read about 2 books a week and spend about 10 hours a day learning on the internet (7 days a week). 

It's great for detail because it separates labor from materials.

Never pay deposits upfront for materials and non-completed work.

I have a great list of material to read through, and I am going to look into which real estate school is best in my area, but I think the most valuable need for me would be a mentor, someone I can learn from with real-world experience, and real-time feedback.

I'm a newbie so I could be way off but hey, I like to at least pretend I'm smart on the internet.

We always check a variety of internet sources.

I know there is so much out on the internet that ill do that first.

I'm focused right now on learning, reading all the material I can get my hands on, but would like to move into action fairly soon here.
