Tell her that you need to sign before you leave town or the deal is up and you will not renew the lease (some states are sticklers on landlords not renewing so make sure you're in accordance with your state laws).A deadline should provide an incentive for her to get back to you.

Keeping communication as frequent as possible with them and simply following up consistently could get things back on track here.
