I actually sold all my CA properties in 2005, a little intuition and dumb luck I escaped.  

That's a 2.5% ROI.Hi Jason, I knew intuitively such a high HOA fee is not a good thing.

All that data is essentially on other 3rd party websites that have better and more intuitive layouts, which is where Im looking at that information anyways. 

We're also launching our online platform soon, where we will be doing interactive zoom meetings on specific real estate strategies. 

As my wife intuitively says, whenever friends/family suggest a partnership... 

Tenant B: When I stopped by after closing and tried to change the lock on the front door (old landlord didn't have keys) they were put off and told me they owned the lockset and nobody had a key but them - I didn't change the lock but took a copy of the key - but it was an odd interaction.

@Greg H. i am an advocate for fair interactions wheter with tenants, customers, landlord, friends, etc.
