I have an opportunity to flip a house located in the countryside (complete interior renovation required).

We just purchased our first rental property in NE Minneapolis this spring, and need to do a variety of touch-up items (recaulk, replace miniblind, repair/replace interior door because of holes in doors, reset closet door off of its track, etc.)Do you have a recommended handyman?

A medium rehab would include:- Roofing, exterior painting, new windows, landscaping beds/plantings- New kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring, interior painting, new HVAC equipment, new panel/new wiring, new fixtures throughoutIf you posted the detailed estimate report which shows each individual line item I could provide more feedback.

I figured since its going to be a rental unit and not something i'll be living in, I don't need to really worry about the quality of the exterior and instead focus more on a proper loveable interior.

Units do need renovation in all four bathrooms, new flooring and some interior wall repairs, also need new sewer to the main.

Pictures of the interior are also advised along with an inventory list of appliances and what stays with the purchase. 

Like Eric said, without interior pics, I would assume the rehab is gonna cost a minimum 100k.  150k if you're jobbing it out, so I probably wouldn't even bother going to see it in person.
