It has 3 levels, so me and my kids sleep on the top floor, the living and kitchen are on the middle floor, and there is laundry and rooms in the basement.I went ahead and furnished the basement, so it has a double bed, an air mattress, Smart Tv, mini fridge and mini freezer, a small loveseat and a small desk area.

Hopefully things stay up in the air long enough to get built out and occupied before the next downturn, but I'll be happy owning here for the next 5-10 years with confidence.

We look at a bunch of flips and projects and we are in need of a quick same day turnaround with info like: age of furnace (recommend replace or not), age of central air (recommend replace or not), foundation inspection (bowing more than 1.5 inches or not, any walls need to be rebuilt), ducts in good shape or not?
