The cost to build each model is not significantly different.My dilemma is trying to figure out where the demand would be greatest for rental (while I own) and then for resell in a few years.I think the market for those wanting a 3 story is limited, but having the extra bedroom and a ground floor MIL unit makes me think someone would be more than happy to climb the 2 flights to the bedrooms. 

Here's my dilemma: I have no job nor do I go to school at the moment and I have under $5000 in savings.

Anyone have any experience with such a dilemma?

Seems like a jobs are being created, especially in the health field sector.

Left a couple voicemails and sent me some nasty text messages saying how this AC issue is causing him money and losing clients and plan on calling the county health department and get his attorney to come after us.

Clarksville TN has a good housing market, properties are affordable and Fort Campbell is a health Post not in danger of closing.

It's a real dilemma!

But if you change your drivers license, or homestead another property, or really do move somewhere else for a year but claim you lived there you're really pushing it.The only exceptions to the 2 out of 5 involve active military service, a job related transfer, or extraordinary health stuff.
