I find this odd, since I don't know who would build a 3/2 house full of custom sized windows - this is a builder grade home.  

As of right now, I'm drawn to buy and hold of multifamily properties (single family is cool too), property management, value adding, business scaling, notes (ã la BawldGuy), and of course reaching financial freedom!

Yes the end of January is our time scale, although if we got the offer we want, then we would sell it fast for cash before that time period.
