Weaker markets are more based on emotion, in which case you may grab someone's fancy with blue, or perhaps only Yellow-House buyers are there... in which case you'll be waitingInstead of fretting over a decision made, move forward with other decisions that need making.

That could be as simple as installing a grab bar here or there, but could be as significant as putting in ramps and widening doorways.
