New Investor - Upstate NY
Hello,
I recently graduated college with a degree in Finance and am looking for my first property whether it be a multifamily or single family. Grew up in Saratoga Springs NY and went to school down near the city. Looking for other investors in the Saratoga/Albany county area to learn from and potentially work with in the future. Looking forward to talking with you guys and learning from your advice.

Welcome to the BP community! My business partner and I focus on areas closer to Albany. The prices are much more reasonable and margins are better, though you still have to be selective with what you buy. Shoot me a PM. I'd be glad to share any information or contacts to help you get started.
