Hi all, need recommendations for real estate photo shoot for professional pictures in Atlanta / Chamblee area single family home.

A few strategize people use to attempt to cashflow or at least break even is rent the house by the room instead of renting out to a family.

Correctly implemented, the resulting property value would exceed 200k, but I am looking to keep the building in the family. 

Ideally you know the city, have family in town or used to live there.

You could use that equity to buy way more proprety that spit out cash flow as opposed to a single family which is purely an equity play. 

My family will get several weekends of usage out of it, but most of the time it will be used as a rental.Mortgages on second homes are a full two points better than an investment property.
