First of all it takes time and effort to get to that point. 

In related to PM companies, try looking for good and small companies who put their time and effort to work between tenants and landlords and not charge nickel and dime.

In general, I think people put too much effort into finding some magical mentor that will teach them everything about real estate.

I am now about 6 months away from graduating with a BS in Global Studies from a 4 year university.

It’s a collaborative effort between you, designers, suppliers, subcontractors etc.

And as money continues contracting in conjunction with slowing global debt issuance, we are wading into our next big challenge. 

The pressure was on because we had now spent nonrefundable investor capital and the only way of generating a return was to complete the building, on budget and schedule, lease to tenants, and begin generating cash flow.We spent the next two months re-designing the building in an effort to squeeze out every drop of revenue potential, while holding construction costs at an affordable level.

I’ve never done this either, but people appreciate the effort and hustle, and for the right person, that’s more than enough reason to work with YOU.

Given the current global situation do you think I sleep better that way rather than wondering what happens if tenants don't pay AND I have a mortgage?

VR will make more money, but take a lot more time/effort.
