Books on building high quality but low cost housing?

I build fine, custom homes. Our market has a shortage in quality, affordable homes at prices I can’t build for. I’m looking to start a line of production built housing that is high quality and low price. Trying to find books by people who have done this successfully.

There is a book called Building an Affordable House by Fernando Ruiz.  He was a sfh developer and the book covers many techniques and styles that reduce construction cost.  Even if you don't implement them, it may usher in new ideas.
