Hi Sean, I don't have specific recommendations for MTR management companies but would recommend checking out/posting on Furnished Finder, VRBO and Airbnb (30 + day stays), and local/regional RE Facebook groups to determine pricing and try and find MTR tenants. 

Wen made a cash offer to obtain a lower sale price and so the sellers would leave all the furnishings.

Are you planninning on paying to fully furnish the house with everything needed to just make it a LTR in a couple months?

They require furnished places and are willing to pay above market rent.  

Take it for what it's worth. 1 - for travel nurses, Furnished Finders is a very common platform, but even more transactions seem to occur through specific Facebook groups for hosts and guests.

Still taking a deeper look to see at what point the cost of the furnishing the unit is covered by the extra rents, but it's looking to be ~30% increase in rents by furnishing the rooms/bedrooms (vacant bedrooms in this area are quite inexpensive, some in poor condition), but more reserves required.More to come!
