Also, If you are looking primarily at REO's, you definitely don't want to fall in love with any particular property or you will get frustrated and disappointed.

My company has been frustrated for a while about the overpriced market for apartments.

You seem to get frustrated because you did something and it didn't work.

Then with the numbers tight, they get frustrated and think it just won't work, they can't find anything or there is just too much competition and they give up.

At the end of the day, the goal is to ACTUALLY OWN SOMETHING, rather than juggling debts back and forth for the rest of your life.I know I'm preaching to the choir, but sometimes I'm frustrated by the insinuation that bigger commercial loans are easier to get....once you get into the game and actually try to get one, road blocks appear left and right.   

Man, finding the proper info for what the current rules are is incredibly frustrating.
