Most carriers let you borrow current cash value less a premium payment or two.6) you don’t have to pay on this policy forever  once you stop your done, but the cash value will continue to grow (including dividend) just not as quick as with the money.

It will take you forever and look like poop.Your savings are going to be doing any plumbing and electrical work or prep.

I am loosing 3k + I’m rent per month - so it’s a loss but I also don’t want to wait forever.

Some people start off with fixer-uppers that cash flow and then stick with them forever while others eventually get tired and graduate to properties that don't cash flow but do better with appreciation.

Trust me, when you get to that point, your life changes forever because motivation is NEVER an issue. 

Of course I would love for them all to live forever but that isn't reality either.  

This will help us determine if it is a forever money pit or a waiting game.Yes, these are major repairs but once it’s repaired, it’s done…unless the repairs were not under code or cheaply done.
