The main challenge I've observed is that individuals often lack a clear end goal or strategy or they select a market that doesn't align with it.Setting a well-defined strategy and ensuring your chosen market complements it can significantly enhance your investment journey.

Don't bet on capital gains though, unless you get a deal and/or can generate forced appreciation.For anything else, good luck to you, unless you buy for mainly lifestyle purposes!

Beyond just real estate market factors - the lifestyle here is excellent and it is simply a wonderful place to live.

Move to fit your lifestyle and you'll be able to succeed in RE regardless, but you might as well love the city while doing it since both are pretty different from a recreational perspective mainly due to population/size differences.
