I find the BiggerPockets app to be somewhat limited on mobile devices w The exception of reading/podcasts.

Forgot to mention, they only get this application if they pass the phone interview.Once they return the application, I can then verify their job status, current living situation (meaning speak to their current landlord if they're renting) confirm employment etc. all before doing one showing.  

Apartment buildings are attractive for the cashflow and ROI, but 3bed 2ba also seem potentially profitable.Anywho I'm reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide on BP.  

Read The 7 Levels of Communication by Michael Maher and that will give you great strategies at no cost to work your sphere.

If you guys want to come out my way in Brooklyn, basically near Prospect Park, I would be happy to meet with you.If you read my posts and my background, you'll find I have 2 decades of Real Estate Investing history in Brooklyn.I currently own 7 multi-Family Investment properties, generally 3 and 4 Family buildings, in Bed-Stuy, Clinton Hill, Windsor Terrace, and Ditmas Park, with partners.The total Assets are worth over $15 Million.If my strategies are not necessarily aligned with yours, at worst you will walk away with an understanding on how to be a successful buy and hold Investor in a highly expensive and appreciating market like Brooklyn.You don't have to invest my way.

I have been doing a lot of reading and researching (on biggerpockets and else wear), but feel stuck/nervous about getting into my first investment.

Hi @Clayton SmalleyI am trying to read between the lines but I am not sure if  I have all the information I would need to help you with this situation.  

I would suggest reading Lonnie Scruggs (I think that's the right name), his book called deals on wheels.

I would phone them, not just read the ad because it offers WAY more than it sounds like.
