So far replaced the a/c system What was the outcome?

Upon inspection I see that the yard had brick installed creating a pool at the door and 2 dogs I did not know about, {she had one original allowed},ruined the drainage system by digging large holes and mounding the dirt so the water heads toward the house.

Also, I just had the property rehabbed and spent a ton of money on the plumbers, fixing the whole damn system.

In commercial MF we call this RUBS(ratio utility billing system).  

There are 4 septic systems though. 

@Steve Cheslock agree with @Zach Quick, we use ESS and use their gate system.

In said box are systems, processes, and things like spreadsheets.

He has been a great support system so far. 

Hopefully the difficult neighbor realizes that it’s not worth the time/expense to involve the judicial system.
