Florida is no secret, it has always been the dream of everyone in the mid-west and North-east to eventually get down here.

Or am I being wise by starting with very little weight on the bar, and only adding weight as I get stronger?

@Agustin DionicioThe 70% rule might work in lower priced markets but I think you are dreaming if you think you will find a 70% rule home in the greater Los Angeles area.Everyone including very experienced investors are having issues with acquisitions right now in the Los Angeles area.I hope someone else can chime in and help you out on this.
