Is a very cash intensive play but for big earners this is a good investment because with the investment into their properties they are reducing their taxes.

I know it’s an often visited topic, but I would be interested in receiving private messages from those of you who currently offer no money down options for fix & flip and fix & hold investing.

The proceeds from the flips will be re-invested in syndication deals or move back to invest in stock market.
