My partner (okay, i'm bias b/c he's my husband) knows all the constructions, building, woodworking, the fixing up logistical stuff, and I'm the finance  and design.. you will be 100x happier and more successful if you find a partner that's a ying/yang... a partner and a mentor to match your strategy!

Has anyone had success with a specific freelancer on Upwork for their REI website design needs?

For leasing it could be a larger company with the lease contract from the owner and they designate and associate close by or the property manager if they do PM also to show the site.  

The house is between C / D but has a lot of updated features (42" wood cabinets, tile/wood throughout, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wrought iron mechanical fence, and whole front unit is in great shape). 

I'd designate the strongest applicant as the primary tenant, in charge of deciding who stays and goes, and make it clear that a deposit is not refunded unless everyone moves out.  

I already pay around $260 a month with an address in the suburbs, including a clean driver discount and discount for having a car with premium safety features. 

I enjoy designing and doing the labor on homes but don't want to get caught up in it if ultimately I'll be taxed to the point of it being pointless.

Do you have permits to build or just design?
