I don't own a home and my credit is about 650-700 depending on where we are with current construction projects that force me to use more credit. 

Navigating the lending and finding people to partner with is an obstacle I’m learning currently.

Currently the family and I live in Charleston but I was raised in Columbia.

Is it easy to just buy a property and STR it? or are there too many restrictions to go through now?

Good afternoon, I am currently under contract for an investment property in Detroit.

I'm currently completing the site map of my property so I can submit my permit application. 

I just don't see me sifting through leases and figuring out move in/out dates as a good use of my time.Perhaps I will just send an email to each PM requesting the current vacancy rate,  and their associated units along with the rest of my monthly reports.Thanks to anyone that wants to share their experience in this tracking.Cheers.
