I absolutely love Colorado and that is where I plan to return when my husband retires from the military and stops moving me all around the country. ;) We turned our owner occupied property into a rental when his duty station changed about ten years ago.

I guess they are all avoiding getting sued if the hammer ever falls.Given the obesity problem in this country (U.S.), it's difficult to believe that most people really care about their health very much...they won't live near power lines, but give no second thought to the bacon double cheeseburgers...Sorry to continue taking this thread off-topic

Yes there's exceptions but we run a problem free rental business because we use statistics in our favor so we are willing to cross off entire counties (Clayton, Dekalb, central and South Fulton).
