The market is crap right now, we are all aware of this so if they are looking to sell they will drop the price3. 87 days is a long time to have a house on the market..use that to your advantageI just bought a 2 family house and got a 70k discount because I played hardball with the owner..He knew I didnt need it, I also set a price and kept to it..he wanted to get rid of it..it was on the market way to long and it was unrented.

Those looking for the long weekend will grab the Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon.It is a bit of a crap shoot.

That is crap!

Nobody local wants these crap properties at inflated prices.

Garbage man .. you’ll spend a good deal of your time picking up other people’s crap if you do this long enough 

Or they make crap tons of money but have horrible credit.

I think alot of times we only hear the great success stories on here but never the oh crap ones- its kinda glossed over.  

I don't run any paid ads, seminars, or any of the other typical guru crap.

I dunno, maybe it's because guys like Clayton Morris were on Youtube saying crap like Nurses will rent these houses or something that all these California dudes think we're just a bunch of Midwestern simpletons or somethin.
