So, me and my friend want to start our path into real estate investment.

You would either need to take out the gate (my guess is that is probably not difficult) or cut down trees to make a path out. 

I am a firm believer in constant education, working harder than the next person, and consistency will lead to the path of success.

Its just the easiest path for them.

Because of this I have mostly been finding buy and hold properties with tenants in place that need little to no work, which is fine with me, but obviously a good BRRR has a quicker path to the next property.I'm just looking for some feedback on a good way for a new investor to handle this scenario. 

If all things go smoothly I know that this would be a much more lucrative path in the short and long term.

I'm your quintessential newbie and I'm trying to understand the path to getting this approved?
