Now, usually once you start budget and start saving, you automatically can pay off your things quickly and once you figure out how to rent a place cheaper(house hacking), your cash pile will get bigger even quicklier.

I would suggest grabbing some of the books on this site (not necessarily from this site, as amazon has them a little cheaper) and read them, along with listening/watching the podcast.

Downgrade housing, get a cheaper car, skip eating out for lunch/dinner.

Cheaper laminate floors have a thin covering and swell if water is left on them.

Dryers aren't expensive, may be cheaper to replace it than to have it repaired if you can't do it yourself.The door should be fixed.

I'm sure there are people getting MF off-market deals for cheaper, but that goes for the SFR too.  

One of the reason I want to start there is it’s still Fukuoka is still underdeveloped and prices of real estate are far cheaper than Tokyo .

They are not really cheaper, however I am using them because they are the only lender I found that will work with my particular property.

Is it better to move back to my short term rental home and just save slowly or is it better to rent a house that is cheaper than my mortgage plus the extra income from short term rental?
