My biggest challenge right now is communicating with my property manager (I’m not local).

Or find sold short sales, reo's, etc and see who is handling those type of transactions.

I use Katrina Hawkins for lower-end properties because she will handle anything, no matter how low the commissions, plus she lives and the same neighborhood where I own most of my properties. 

I have seen a lot of HGTV and all of them have a staging company handle this part.
