Career advancement in my day job running distribution centers (I currently run West Coast Distribution for SEPHORA, the cosmetics/beauty retailer) took my sights and focus off real estate, but I'm back!

I also think that a lot of the newer folks moving here are less concerned about being in the city center than in the past. 

I am in process of purchasing a shopping center with 2 separate buildings in Oklahoma.

While it has been quite a long time, I used to work for a retail operator, and they had various GSA backed offices in their shopping centers.
