You'd be surprised at how many borrowers on the low end feel like their IRS refunds are the answer to everything and you see lots of borrowers catching up in Feb and Mar.

Doing my research on the property at the moment, analyzing comps and sold data, and am seriously interested in moving forward on the house.However, the catch is the home is owned by another investor who is selling the property to turn a profit.

I believe some of those sites make provisions for compliance, but social media is relatively new and private industry moves much faster than the government, so it may take DRE's awhile to catch up to these sites.

The listing also says "no smoking of any kind" ... potential tenant's Facebook and instagram have marijuana-related photos in the banner.

However I was looking for someone who would do more than just a visual inspection of the outside of the property - I was looking for someone to go inside (I can provide a one-time door code) and do detailed photos of  potential problem areas etc. 

Because I just got this property, I don't have any good photos for ads besides the ones on the Redfin or the ones on the listing posted by the previous owner.

I'll echo @Marlen Weber in that I'd definitely enjoy seeing the before and after photos.
