They are not using debt so no carry costs other than the opportunity costs when the money is tied up.As to the WSJ article...TCW plans to invest more broadly in the months ahead, seeking securities that have been hit harder.

You carry a couple of million $$ in umbrella coverage.The only renter's policies I'm familiar with cover their belongings, not their liability.

I wouldn't say the delivery drivers carry a full tool box, but they are quick and they get it there without alot of damages.

A good "investor friendly" Realtor is worth their weight in gold.
