Great to have a worry free house with warranty but your money is now trapped there unless you bought it drastically under market value. 

It just all seems like a trap or meant for someone with a lot of income.

My wife Laura, and I were born and raised here in Vero Beach.

Not only is it illegal, but that is what causes the bears to be trapped and relocated and sometimes euthanized when they become too people friendly.    

I put down some traps in the home (kitchen and basement) to help get rid of them.

The more common trap is not analyzing a low number and finding out you will be on the hook for special assessments, emergency repairs and general decline/disinterest

Born and raised in Tampa, Obviously I think Tampa is an amazing market.

There were once I am so mad with one of brokerage I just blocked them from my cell.I need to find realtor that was born on the same city with my mom so she would follow my order *patiently*.It's no longer hidden information that most realtors are lousy, you maybe belong to the top 10%.

@Steve Morris thanks for posting.I am an investor, and even I was born and raised in Portugal, I had started investing from abroad in Portuguese market.Want to help more people to do it.Currently, beside managing my own 9 rentals, I am working as a RE property / rentals manager.

It's a trap we can fall into, if not vigilant.
