Very high by Western standards, but with cap rates in the low teens and plenty of room for price appreciation (comparable properties in other East European capitals are almost twice the price) this figure could be interesting for some investors.

There is also mention most of the time about insurance claims and capped values for seller credit and repair.I would worry about a seller repairing the property.

If I have to calculate price at least for 6 Cap based on 2016 expenses, price is coming to 350K.
