There the lot size and associated density was less of a factor since a 7,501 SF R-2 lot would still only allow a duplex vs the triplex in the above example all other things begin equal.So depending on how you want to go forward 1) research and understand HOW your zoning/density is calculated 2) find a local land use civil/attorney that can guide you in understanding the rules.
