There are charity organizations that you may be able to apply to in order to get assistance on rent, and we would be happy to accept rent from such an organization (insert charity names and contact info if you know of any, in my area there are several grant programs that help single women specifically).

If you're in a college area and are able/willing to move, you could jump in much sooner by buying a MFH, living in one unit, and renting out the remaining units to students. 3) Listen to one BP podcast a day and spend maybe 15-30 minutes a day here in the forums.

I'd rather put that premium money away now that I've learned about cap ex from Bigger Pockets.Now of course, this is just my experience so far, and there's probably much better companies out there, but I'd rather not spend on premiums that don't get me very much, if I don't have to.

Here are options we are looking at, but not sure where I should spend my time researching if the IRS won't allow it..- If we buy a piece of land that has logging rights (or other mineral rights), what are the rules around how long the land must be physically logged for the exchange to be valid?
