Most of the time when I start by replacing a few rotten pieces of a deck or balcony, I end up replacing the whole thing soon after.

At least, this is what I have seen the number of times I have been to an actual auction. 

And again you have a system with architectural but you also take a lot of liability for filling in the missing pieces that the foreign architect doesn’t do.
