It used to show status - whether a property was "active" or "under contract".  

Two of the three had returned email addresses, all three had dead websites and on the meetup sites, no activity for a couple of years.With no REIA in my area, what should I do next to try to learn from others in my local area?

However, because of the activity we've seen with Zillow, we know that we are more likely to get only $2000/mo in business and thus, we should be looking for a form of marketing that will net us more money.

I'm a wholesaler doing the majority of my deals out of Oakland County and I was wondering if there are any active rehabbers/buy and hold investors in Oakland County that want to be added to my cash buyer list.  

Are you actively scanning your market everyday to gauge the flow of sales?
