I've fallen victim to a couple of scams, and it hurts to be taken advantage of.

If they want to stay and be a pain fine but I'm at least being compensated for it.

It is important to remember that you have a right to seek compensation for any damages or losses caused by the property management company's negligence.

They charge for a service because they know what's involved and require compensation for their training, experience, and effort.
