Good Morning,Does anybody have any do's or dont's when replacing a home's exterior trim with faux stone?

Trip was awesome, seen lots of churches, palaces, pitoresque landscapes, talke to interesting people and over all had the time of my life, all coming at a cost, these experiences tired all five of us to death.

I chose a property this morning a little outside the metro area and asked him to put in an offer directly.

Just this morning I was reading a post from an investor on BP talking about buying a property and giving notice to the existing tenants to vacate. 

Been binging the BP podcast on my rides to work each morning and just finished my notes on The Book on Rental Property Investing. 

Regardless of your thoughts on freedom, politics or COVID, does that sound like the type of person that will suddenly take their family on a trip to Europe next summer?

@Mike SchorahI listened to the first half on the drive into the office this morning and so far, it is an incredible episode.Great content and I agree with the intro/warning from David Greene where he talks about Kiyosaki saying things that might offend others... he didn't hold any punches in this one which I am grateful for.

Trips to National Parks will stay high, and interest rates will probably climb a little. 

Take a "Business trip" to the areas you're looking at and find what fits you best.That's my two cents... hope it was of some value to you!
