The lesson in all of this - "the customer is always right, unless it is productive for them to be wrong".Obviously tenants aren't customers, and they don't leave reviews that can kill your future business.

Definitely challenge it and review it with your agent and lender to see if the comps they used were valid.

Need to review shareholder agreement and you need to have shareholders basis schedules prepared if not done yet.
