Does anyone have a recommendation for an investor minded RE agent in the Kansas City area?

I have queried the BLS.gov and also city-data.com and I looked primarily at population growth, unemployment rates and median income.

It seems there are plenty of them up and running within city limits.

Sometimes these credit unions are willing to give $ to investors like you who are going to renovate properties in their city.

Also, City of San Jose wants covered parking, but do you think they will be OK with a carport?

The seller should consider how the asset is currently performing, rather than solely focusing on the pro-forma. also be careful of flood zones and be aware that if you are buying in Hoquiam, landlord are charged water from the city directly and you have to absorb or bill back tenants, which can be a pain.   

YUP depends on the parkis this city sewer and water.. ? 

You’ll find plenty of MFP’s in all the neighboring cities. 

This is much easier to do when we live in the same city!
