Often title companies that work with investors sponsor the local REIA groups so you will see listed on web sites and newsletters.

It will be interesting to see if sellers respond better to a more professional site rather than the amateur hour ones that currently seem to dominate the space.

FYI Mitch posted a link and in there 2 more web sites are added for properties, this will probably come in handy when equator site no longer works.

It looks like the top producer site isn't going to work for us.

Section 8 guidelines, qualifications and other info is on the HUD site, you just need to dig for it, at least that what our tenants told use and they got the info!

If your looking for real deals.... go to government sites and download excel spreadsheets with over 100,000 names of multifamily properties, their owners, when they bought the properties, how much they paid, when the notes are coming due, and so on and so on.

Is there a State site or do I have to contact each county one by one and try to find out?

Not sure what to say, but I feel like there is a wealth of information on this site and I hope to start getting my feet wet and learn a few things.
