It is always an option and we will march down that road when there is no other choice, but we start the eviction process, probably 99% of the time with the hopes that the tenant will snap out of it, get on a payment plan and get back on track.Sometimes, you need to stop throwing good money after bad (taxes, utilities depending on your lease/local rules, upkeep, further damage) and evicting for possession VS money makes sense.

I placed an order for the two title reports mid Feb.I emailed them early March to see if the reports came back and didn't receive a reply.First week of April I called and was told they had submitted the paperwork to the title company and were waiting for it to come back.I called the attorney's office a couple weeks later and left a VM for the attorney.A few days later I called again and left a message w/his assistant for him to call me back.Last week I sent another email detailing the times I've both called and emailed, and didn't hear back.Two days ago I called again and left another message with his receptionist.My partner and I have been working with the sellers for months and we can't move forward until we see the title reports.

We signed the lease and they handed over their security deposit back in late March for a May 1st start date.
