After great feedback and reception from our interviews with kitchen consultants and construction builders, I've decided to interview a hotel developer for a Q&A to answer any questions you have!

Projects include refinish hardwood flooring, bathroom and kitchen facelift, tile shower, install can lighting, etc.

I was reading that the presence of a "kitchen" is what makes it a residential space.

There are many things you can do, new floor, new kitchen counter top, bathroom upgrade, or put wifi into the building.

Then you read up on how best to estimate the cost of that new kitchen, bath, flooring, windows, roof, landscaping etc....then you're calibrated.

Did you replace those kitchen cabinets or just refinish?

While I wouldn't say my units are "upscale" (no amenities like pools or gyms) they definitely aren't the "1971 build in need of new kitchens" if that makes sense. 

I currently live their but we are looking to leave as soon as possible because its just not a place were I want to raise my son.I refinished the floors, replaced some doors, did some trim, completely remodeled bathroom, completely remodeled the kitchen, new fixtures, new electrical in the hallway, new drywall in the hallway, and the list goes on.

Painting, new flooring and updating n kitchen, updating all around.

Maybe just have a kitchen area and have the rest be bedrooms, with no living room, and rent it out by the room?
